Len has 38 years of structural steel, concrete design and building experience and was involved in land-mark developments in North West Province and Botswana as consultant and contractor.

Dobie Consulting (Pty) Ltd is Rustenburg based but has executed projects as far as East London, Gaborone and even in the Seychelles.
